Small app that helps you troubleshoot email problems. We use it to test our own email account on a customer’s machine to see if it is working. If it is, we know it is something with the customer’s email host or their settings. If it does not, we try the different ports. This eliminates a blocked application by anti-virus or Windows firewall since it should not be blocked right away. If it does get blocked, it should prompt you and you’ll see what is going on.
